Maya Nadeem

President

Read Bio

As Founder and CEO of reCollaborate, Maya Nadeem builds the business behind the brilliance. She collaborates with founders and business owners to design, build, and strengthen the infrastructure behind their expertise.

Some come to her with an idea they want to turn into a viable company. Others have built something successful that has outgrown the way it was originally designed. Many are navigating rapid growth, and more often than not, there is a dumpster fire somewhere in the mix.

Depending on what the business needs, Maya may shape the business model, build the operating structure, determine the right people and priorities, guide what comes next, or step in as a hands-on partner to execute alongside the owner.

She brings more than 20 years of C-suite leadership experience, including building high-performing teams, leading expansion across multiple states, and helping scale an organization from $40 million to $2.5 billion.

As Strategic Partner for the MoCo B2B Expo, Maya helps build rooms where small businesses come together to exchange ideas, showcase their expertise, and position themselves for greater awareness and growth. The Spring 2026 Expo welcomed more than 570 registrants and 60 exhibitors, bringing the local business ecosystem to life and creating momentum for economic vitality across the region.

A passionate supporter of women entrepreneurs, Maya is an active CHIEF member and former Board Member of the Greater Capital Area Women’s Council of REALTORS®. As President of WBO-MC, she is committed to carrying its 40-year legacy forward and making the organization indispensable to the women building businesses across Montgomery County.
